  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to drive business outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise platforms, or sales engineering organizations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of managers and pre-sales platform specialists across North America, ensuring strong performance, coaching, and career development.
  • Define and execute regional pre-sales strategy aligned with broader go-to-market priorities and product direction.
  • Act as a senior representative in executive forums, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to global leadership.
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure cohesive execution of platform initiatives.
  • Support complex enterprise deals by shaping solution strategy, guiding architecture discussions, and ensuring technical-commercial alignment.
  • Establish operational rigor, performance standards, and scalable processes for the pre-sales organization.
  • Drive organizational stability and continuity through periods of growth, change, and evolving customer demands.
