Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
- At least 3+ years in a sales leadership role managing quota-carrying teams
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets
- Strong experience selling into media and entertainment organizations
- Demonstrated success managing both direct enterprise and channel/reseller sales motions
- Deep understanding of media workflows, cloud technologies, and SaaS-based business models
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Expertise in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
- Willingness to travel up to ~50%
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of territory account managers and channel sellers
- Define and execute U.S. territory strategy
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent
- Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline generation, and deal qualification standards
- Personally engage in strategic, high-value opportunities
- Manage and optimize channel relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, product, marketing, and customer success
- Represent the organization at major industry events and customer engagements
