Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • At least 3+ years in a sales leadership role managing quota-carrying teams
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets
  • Strong experience selling into media and entertainment organizations
  • Demonstrated success managing both direct enterprise and channel/reseller sales motions
  • Deep understanding of media workflows, cloud technologies, and SaaS-based business models
  • Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • Expertise in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Willingness to travel up to ~50%

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of territory account managers and channel sellers
  • Define and execute U.S. territory strategy
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent
  • Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline generation, and deal qualification standards
  • Personally engage in strategic, high-value opportunities
  • Manage and optimize channel relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, product, marketing, and customer success
  • Represent the organization at major industry events and customer engagements
