Requirements

- Strong understanding of legal industry dynamics and partner-led organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and execute BD initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience maintaining CRM systems and credentials databases.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior partners and the Head of Business Development to develop, execute, and monitor strategic BD plans.
- Manage and maintain the firm’s CRM system.
- Develop and update credentials, capability statements, and pitch materials.
- Conduct market and client research to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate and support all BD-related initiatives, including events and conferences.
- Assist in the creation of marketing and thought leadership materials.
