Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Contracts Management, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in U.S. Government contract administration, subcontract management, compliance, procurement, or pricing support.
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting requirements, particularly within DOD and/or DOE environments.
  • Experience managing subcontractor relationships and supporting end-to-end contract compliance activities.
  • Familiarity with federal proposal pricing, estimating support, or contract negotiation processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical, financial, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer federal contracts and subcontracts across the full lifecycle, including pre-award, post-award modifications, compliance monitoring, and closeout activities.
  • Review solicitations, agreements, and subcontract documents to identify risks, compliance obligations, flow-down requirements, and reporting expectations.
  • Prepare and manage contractual documentation such as NDAs, teaming agreements, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and service contracts.
  • Support subcontract management activities including deliverable tracking, change management, subcontractor coordination, and contract record maintenance.
  • Assist with federal pricing support, including labor category mapping, subcontractor coordination, estimating inputs, and proposal development.
  • Maintain accurate contract files, compliance records, and reporting documentation in accordance with federal and organizational requirements.
  • Support security and compliance programs, including DOD/DOE facility clearance administration, CMMC activities, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting.
