Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate qualifications objectively.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for a variety of roles across contracts.
  • Source and attract talent using job boards, databases, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and soft skills against job requirements.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with recruiting standards and internal hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Apply HR and recruiting best practices to continuously improve candidate quality and hiring efficiency.
