Job Details

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related discipline, ideally within agriculture, chemicals, fertilizers, or similar regulated industries.
Strong understanding of domestic fertilizer and/or pesticide regulatory frameworks.
Excellent technical writing skills with experience preparing regulatory documents, labels, and compliance submissions.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools for tracking and interpreting regulatory information.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
High level of self-motivation, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.

Ensures full regulatory compliance for pesticide and adjuvant products by preparing accurate submissions, maintaining documentation, and supporting adherence to state, federal, and international requirements.
Maintains and updates product labeling and Safety Data Sheets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with regulatory standards and internal quality expectations.
Supports product registration and lifecycle management activities, including state registrations, renewals, and coordination across multiple business units.
Maintains regulatory data integrity, assisting with validation, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy across compliance systems and documentation.
Collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to support regulatory initiatives, improve processes, and resolve compliance-related issues.
