2+ years of experience in SaaS, customer onboarding, implementation, billing, or similar B2B technical support roles
Hands-on experience with subscription billing tools (e.g., Stripe)
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
Strong understanding of data migration processes and system integrations between SaaS platforms
Ability to work with APIs and configure integrations between software systems (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations independently
Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering smooth onboarding experiences

Lead end-to-end data migration for new customers, including extraction, cleaning, validation, and import of datasets into the platform
Configure customer accounts, custom fields, workflows, and API/integration setups with related hospitality or SaaS systems
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless onboarding execution and issue resolution
Troubleshoot technical challenges related to data integrity, system setup, and integrations before and after go-live
Maintain implementation documentation, reporting on scope, timelines, and project challenges
Own the full subscription billing cycle, including invoicing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and churn processing
Manage accounts receivable processes, including collections, billing audits, and delinquency tracking
