Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, systems analysis, or application support.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or document/content management systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with system integration concepts, APIs, data migration, or enterprise workflows.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing interactions.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
- Nice to have: experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday), SQL, PowerShell, REST APIs, SharePoint, OpenText, or M-Files.
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops.
- Support configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Assist in designing implementation plans, migration strategies, and deployment documentation.
- Contribute to content migration efforts including data extraction and validation.
- Support system integration activities across enterprise platforms and APIs.
- Deliver solution walkthroughs, training sessions, and technical demonstrations.
- Communicate project updates and technical issues to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project managers.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
