Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, systems analysis, or application support.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or document/content management systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with system integration concepts, APIs, data migration, or enterprise workflows.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing interactions.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Nice to have: experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday), SQL, PowerShell, REST APIs, SharePoint, OpenText, or M-Files.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in customer discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops.
  • Support configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
  • Assist in designing implementation plans, migration strategies, and deployment documentation.
  • Contribute to content migration efforts including data extraction and validation.
  • Support system integration activities across enterprise platforms and APIs.
  • Deliver solution walkthroughs, training sessions, and technical demonstrations.
  • Communicate project updates and technical issues to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project managers.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
