Requirements

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with contact centre platforms such as Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex Contact Center, UCCE, or UCCX.
  • Solid understanding of CCaaS, cloud communications, and contact centre architecture.
  • Experience working with AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect and related AI tools like Lex, Contact Lens, and Bedrock.
  • Experience designing and delivering demos, proof-of-concepts, or technical solution showcases.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to align technical solutions to business and sales objectives.
  • Background in CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, systems integration, or cloud communications environments.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working across sales, engineering, and customer teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies, including AI-driven customer engagement and modern cloud contact centre innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support pre-sales solution engineering activities for cloud contact centre opportunities across AWS and Cisco ecosystems.
  • Engage with customers and sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Design, build, and deliver customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments aligned with customer use cases.
  • Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, tenders, scope documents, and effort estimations for professional services.
  • Present and explain complex contact centre solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Develop and configure Amazon Connect solutions, including AI capabilities such as Amazon Lex, Contact Lens, and Bedrock.
  • Support Cisco Contact Centre opportunities including Webex Contact Center, UCCE, and UCCX environments.
  • Perform hands-on demo customization and lightweight configuration to showcase tailored workflows and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and sales teams to advance opportunities and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders throughout the pre-sales lifecycle to support solution credibility and adoption.
