Requirements

  • 5–9 years of experience in client-facing technology roles such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Technology Consultant.
  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions on AWS.
  • Strong expertise in AWS architecture, cloud migration, and modernization programs.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable and secure cloud solutions.
  • Exposure to Data & AI, AI/ML, GenAI, or cloud security solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in leading technical discovery sessions, solution design, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities including proposals, estimates, and SOW development.
  • Understanding of cloud operating models, governance, and engineering best practices is a plus.
  • AWS certifications (Professional or Specialty) are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client business needs, technical environments, and transformation objectives.
  • Architect and design scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions aligned with business outcomes and ROI targets.
  • Act as the technical authority during sales cycles, providing guidance on feasibility, risks, and architectural best practices.
  • Deliver technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts showcasing AWS capabilities and solution value.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Support seamless transition from sales to delivery by ensuring alignment between proposed architecture and implementation approach.
  • Contribute to reusable solution frameworks, reference architectures, and cloud best practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders across business and technical functions to articulate solution value effectively.
