Requirements
- Strong experience in backend development using Java in complex, production-scale systems.
- Hands-on experience with microservices and BFF architectures.
- Knowledge of AI-driven development, including agent-based workflows and optimization of engineering processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, MCPs, and modern AI-assisted development environments.
- Experience working in multi-repository (multi-repo) environments.
- Solid understanding of AWS services such as EKS, SQS, and S3.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with mobile development (Android or iOS) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and integrations in Java for a large-scale SuperApp modernization initiative.
- Design and implement microservices and BFF architectures supporting mobile and backend ecosystems.
- Apply AI-driven and agent-based development practices to optimize software delivery workflows.
- Work with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approaches to ensure structured and high-quality implementations.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, planning, deployments, and release management activities.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
- Contribute to system scalability, performance, and cloud-native architecture on AWS.
