  • 16+ years of overall sales experience with a strong track record of business-to-business success.
  • Minimum 8+ years in senior sales leadership roles with direct responsibility for teams and revenue outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing significant revenue portfolios ($25M+ annually or equivalent scope).
  • Deep expertise in building, scaling, or transforming sales organizations, including strategy, process, and execution.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and business owners.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an outsourced VP of Sales for multiple small and medium-sized businesses, assessing their current sales capabilities and identifying performance gaps.
  • Design and implement scalable sales strategies, processes, and structures that improve revenue generation and long-term commercial performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop internal sales teams to enhance productivity, accountability, and deal execution effectiveness.
  • Partner directly with business owners and executive stakeholders to align sales strategy with overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Support the creation of sales playbooks, forecasting models, KPIs, and performance management systems tailored to each client.
  • Drive measurable improvements in revenue, pipeline development, and sales efficiency across diverse industries and client environments.
