Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design for complex digital products, with strong exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle.
- 2+ years of dedicated experience designing mobile products with strong knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, design systems, and scalable UI/UX frameworks.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into product improvements.
- Strong ability to design and document complex user flows with clarity for engineering implementation.
- Data-informed mindset with ability to combine qualitative and quantitative inputs in design decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to justify design decisions using metrics and user impact.
- Experience working in fast-paced tech environments; fintech experience is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute to a mature, cross-functional product team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end mobile product design process, from discovery and user research to interaction design and final UI delivery, ensuring high-quality, consistent user experiences across iOS and Android.
- Design intuitive, scalable mobile journeys aligned with native platform guidelines and best practices, simplifying complex workflows into seamless user experiences.
- Conduct and support user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses, identify pain points, and continuously improve product decisions.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design direction, contribute to roadmap discussions, and support product strategy with actionable insights.
- Create detailed design documentation and ensure clear handoff to engineering teams for accurate implementation and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user experience, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Contribute to the evolution of design systems, consistency standards, and overall product design maturity across mobile experiences.
