Requirements
- Strong experience as a Product Designer in fintech or payments environments.
- Deep understanding of digital payment journeys such as Pix, boleto, DDA, TED/DOC, and cash-out flows.
- Proven experience designing for both mobile apps and web platforms.
- Solid knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and hypothesis validation.
- Experience working with and contributing to scalable Design Systems.
- Strong ability to build prototypes and interactive design concepts.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Ability to manage complex business rules within product design solutions.
- Experience conducting benchmarking and market research to support design strategy.
- Understanding of product management processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for the Cash Out product, from discovery and research to prototyping and final handoff to engineering.
- Conduct user research and discovery sessions to map complete payment and bill management journeys.
- Design intuitive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring clarity in complex financial flows.
- Validate design solutions through usability testing, prototypes, and hypothesis-driven experiments.
- Use product and user metrics to guide design decisions and prioritize improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to align on priorities and solutions.
- Document user flows, interface components, design systems, and business rules to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring alignment with platform standards and product needs.
