Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in travel, safety, security, risk management, or related operational support functions.
  • Experience working with Duty of Care platforms such as Healix, International SOS, Global Guardian, Crisis24, or similar systems.
  • Hands-on experience with database administration and records management.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting or managing Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and related business applications.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, maintenance, and communication of travel safety, security, and risk management policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of safety and security standards.
  • Maintain and update Duty of Care databases, staff profiles, and related operational records.
  • Assist with the management of external vendors, including travel providers, insurance partners, and security consultants.
  • Conduct research and contribute to the preparation of country risk assessments and security briefings.
  • Support crisis management and incident response activities.
  • Assist in the delivery of training programs related to travel safety and crisis preparedness.
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees on travel, safety, security, and compliance-related matters.
  • Administer organizational tools and systems.
  • Support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and sanctions compliance activities.
