Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience shipping production software end to end.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into product requirements.
- Full-stack engineering capability across data, services, and user interfaces.
- Proficiency with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Augment).
- Experience deploying and operating applications on a major cloud provider.
- Knowledge of application security practices for sensitive data.
- Strong product judgment and scoping abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve internal workflows.
- Conduct discovery and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from prototyping to production rollout.
- Develop applications using agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Augment.
- Make engineering tradeoffs balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability.
- Own deployed tools through adoption, including maintenance and user training.
- Contribute reusable components and patterns back to the AI Guild.
