Requirements
- Systems thinking: ability to simplify multi-step, high-stakes workflows.
- Prior experience designing complex multi-user products with high data density.
- Ability to work fast and ship daily.
- Deep care for visual design, interactions, and writing.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to partner with Product Owners and Engineers to define product strategy.
- Ability to ask hard questions and challenge ideas.
Responsibilities
- Own the design in your product area, from problem definition to shipping.
- Move fast, ship often and see your work in the hands of real users.
- Talk to advisors to understand their problems and inform your design.
- Design and prototype in Figma and AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
- Use and improve our design system, raising the bar for consistency and quality.
- Give and receive direct feedback and iterate toward the best solution.
