Requirements
- Proven experience owning design problems from research to production.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Led user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
- Experience designing for complex, unfamiliar B2B workflows.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and engineers.
- Experience shipping UI experiments and validating with user data.
Responsibilities
- Conduct shopper research and run experiments alongside product and data teams.
- Map novel user flows for AI/LLM-driven shopping journeys.
- Define visual strategy for product discovery.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups for homepage, search, PDP, filtering, and configuration tools.
- Maintain and scale designs within the design system and component library.
