Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex, or ambiguous design initiatives across teams and surfaces.
- Reframe problems, anticipate downstream risks, and bring clarity to ambiguous spaces.
- Operate as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering leads.
- Prototype and test interaction models.
- Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Raise the craft bar across the design team.
- Mentor and coach Senior Designers.
- Contribute to evolving design team culture, hiring, and planning.
