- MD/DO degree
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one US state
- Board certified or board eligible in Primary Care Sports Medicine
- Completion of fellowship training in Primary Care Sports Medicine
- At least 2 years clinical experience
- Willingness to pursue additional state licenses
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote workspace
- Comfortable leveraging digital health platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations for sports medicine and general musculoskeletal complaints
- Diagnose, manage, and create treatment plans for a wide array of injuries and conditions
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic imaging or labs as clinically indicated
- Develop and oversee evidence-based, patient-specific treatment plans
- Educate and empower patients on injury prevention and performance optimization
- Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews with PTs, surgeons, and health coaches
- Identify red flags and coordinate timely escalation to higher levels of care
- Actively contribute in clinical protocol development and telemedicine best practices
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely electronic health records
