Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in project or program management in global health.
- Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for partnership management.
- Solid knowledge base in public health programming.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- People management and team motivation experience.
- Skilled at group facilitation.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Ability to use AI as a productivity tool.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between CVH and other RTSL units.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the CVH SVP on OKRs and board reports.
- Design and facilitate internal and external CVH convenings.
- Oversee knowledge management efforts.
- Produce concept notes, pitch materials, and reports for executive leadership and donors.
- Develop and implement high-priority strategic projects.
- Provide surge support to technical teams on writing, analysis, and program development.
- Manage and mentor the CVH Program Coordinator and Grants and Operations Officer.
