Requirements
- Completed a US-based residency program
- Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) strongly preferred
- Experience in utilization management, including Durable Medical Equipment (DME) reviews
- Experience with post-acute care services and Home Health utilization management
- Board certification as an MD or DO
- Current unrestricted state license to practice medicine
- 5+ years of clinical practice beyond residency/fellowship
- 5+ years experience in managed care or clinical strategy
- Experience serving as the lead thinker / consulting partner for innovative clinical programs
- Executive presence and effective communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and evolution of the company’s clinical and digital care management offerings
- Utilize market data, consumer research, and patient analytics to spearhead new approaches to effective clinical delivery services
- Provide physician leadership in the creation of comprehensive research packages and strategic partner cultivation
- Provide subject matter expertise and leadership in Specialty Rx program design, strategy, and client-facing discussions
- Support the Growth team by traveling for prospective client meetings and sales opportunities
- Build and expand client relationships to uncover pain points and deliver solutions
- Monitor performance of launched clinical programs and support continuous improvement
