Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience selling to HI contractors and/or distributors.
- Experience working for a HI contractor selling to homeowners using financing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience engaging with all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
- Skilled at creating client proposals, persuasive presentations, and strategic outreach materials.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective GoodLeap partners for accounts under 2 million a year.
- Coordinate handoffs to the outside sales team for accounts over 2 million a year.
- Source new partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of GoodLeap products to align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with Business Development Directors to ensure partner success and provide intelligence-driven guidance.
- Innovate on sales processes, pitches, and approaches to improve team initiatives.
- Clearly explain financial products and legal agreements to partners.
- Interact with executive team members to enhance and develop new programs.
