Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience selling to HI contractors and/or distributors.
  • Experience working for a HI contractor selling to homeowners using financing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
  • Skilled at creating client proposals, persuasive presentations, and strategic outreach materials.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective GoodLeap partners for accounts under 2 million a year.
  • Coordinate handoffs to the outside sales team for accounts over 2 million a year.
  • Source new partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of GoodLeap products to align with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Directors to ensure partner success and provide intelligence-driven guidance.
  • Innovate on sales processes, pitches, and approaches to improve team initiatives.
  • Clearly explain financial products and legal agreements to partners.
  • Interact with executive team members to enhance and develop new programs.
