- Experience managing, nurturing, and scaling customer relationships in a quota or retention-carrying role.
- Skilled in forecasting retention risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Confident, self-motivated, and committed to collaborative teamwork.
- Demonstrated desire to acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies and staying up to date with AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic action plans on a quarterly basis.
- Primary ownership and accountability for complex customers.
- Formalize Book of Business management strategy by segmenting customers based on risk and growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasting notes for customers renewing within six months.
- Engage customers regularly to ensure maximum value from HubSpot.
- Address customers' advanced technical needs.
- Define success criteria and outline plans to achieve customer goals.
- Cultivate opportunities to expand customer utilization of the product suite.
- Mentor new team members and lead best practice development.
