Requirements
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Licensed to practice in the state of California as an independent clinician (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical supervision or clinical leadership capacity
- Competency working in electronic health records or CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
- Competency guiding clinical care in line with the Collaborative Care Model
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches (Problem-Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation)
- Knowledge of behavioral health tools (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Direct oversight of Collaborative Care Clinician’s performance including clinical metrics, schedule management, coaching, performance management, and clinical supervision
- Responsible for supporting pod and partner workflows and needs in partnership with the Associate Clinical Director
- Manages employee schedules including shift coverage, approving time off, and ensuring attendance policy compliance
- Supervises and mentors employees including patient care, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action
- Partners with Associate Clinical Director to ensure department objectives are met and efficiency is improved
- Serves as a resource for resolving and documenting complex patient situations
- Handles escalated employee relations concerns
- Travel required up to 15%
