Requirements
- Native English fluency with exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Possess a neutral, professional accent.
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with patience.
- Proficiency in managing outreach schedules.
- Proficiency in documenting member interactions in a CRM or database.
- Minimum primary internet speed of 15 Mbps.
- Dedicated backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), i3 (10th gen+), or Ryzen 5 and 8GB RAM.
- Noise-canceling USB headset and webcam.
Responsibilities
- Execute phone-based engagement strategies to increase member retention.
- Implement tailored engagement plans for health plan benefits and wellness initiatives.
- Actively listen to members to identify pain points and gather feedback.
- Pinpoint opportunities to improve provider networks and care delivery.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact to address member concerns and complex issues.
