Requirements

  • Possess a neutral, professional accent.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with patience.
  • Proficiency in managing outreach schedules.
  • Proficiency in documenting member interactions in a CRM or database.
  • Minimum primary internet speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Dedicated backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), i3 (10th gen+), or Ryzen 5 and 8GB RAM.
  • Noise-canceling USB headset and webcam.

Responsibilities

  • Execute phone-based engagement strategies to increase member retention.
  • Implement tailored engagement plans for health plan benefits and wellness initiatives.
  • Actively listen to members to identify pain points and gather feedback.
  • Pinpoint opportunities to improve provider networks and care delivery.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact to address member concerns and complex issues.
