  • Experience with loyalty platforms or POS systems is a plus
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Configure and program promotional offers within the loyalty platform
  • Test campaigns thoroughly and manage scheduling for successful launches
  • Set up and manage audience segmentation for targeted communications (email and SMS)
  • Perform remote testing on integrated systems to ensure functionality and accuracy
  • Maintain and update platform configurations as needed
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
  • Manage and resolve support tickets from clients and end users
  • Provide phone support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly
