- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)

- Dedicated home office with required hardware and peripherals
Responsibilities
- Join calls, take notes, and track follow-ups
- Schedule, coordinate, and update team and client meetings
- Prepare and customize decks for clients and business development
- Conduct targeted research for projects and client needs
- Maintain contact lists, trackers, and updates
- Handle signatures, NDAs, invoices, and coordination with accounting
- Assist with proposals through graphics, drafting, and formatting
