Responsibilities

  • Join calls, take notes, and track follow-ups
  • Schedule, coordinate, and update team and client meetings
  • Prepare and customize decks for clients and business development
  • Conduct targeted research for projects and client needs
  • Maintain contact lists, trackers, and updates
  • Handle signatures, NDAs, invoices, and coordination with accounting
  • Assist with proposals through graphics, drafting, and formatting
