- Medical Practice/Patient Front Office experience (preferred)
- Experience with EMR/EHR medical software (preferred)
- Ability to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule
- HIPAA compliant home workspace
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance on EMR platforms
- Provide exceptional phone-based customer service
- Isolate and troubleshoot basic software issues
- Manage, document, and resolve client cases efficiently
- Perform software upgrades as needed
- Identify and communicate product/process improvements
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles
