  • 2+ years of software application support in a SaaS environment
  • High technical aptitude
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
  • Medical Practice/Patient Front Office experience (preferred)
  • Experience with EMR/EHR medical software (preferred)
  • Ability to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule
  • HIPAA compliant home workspace

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance on EMR platforms
  • Provide exceptional phone-based customer service
  • Isolate and troubleshoot basic software issues
  • Manage, document, and resolve client cases efficiently
  • Perform software upgrades as needed
  • Identify and communicate product/process improvements
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles
