Requirements
- Previous experience in a Pre-Sales or Post-Sales role and/or relevant technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager).
- Retail media, programmatic advertising, or AdTech ecosystem fundamentals (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, auctions, targeting, measurement).
- Significant experience working with REST APIs and a highly technical product.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to address technical challenges during product integration.
- Ability to set realistic expectations and deadlines with stakeholders.
- Independent problem solver with a desire to work in a fast-paced start-up.
- Previous coding experience; ability to write JSON and understand basic code.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Kevel, our APIs, and what they enable customers to build.
- Own the technical success of customers post-sale, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term adoption of Kevel’s solutions.
- Drive and support the implementation and integration of Kevel’s products and services within customer environments.
- Provide technical onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, proactively monitoring performance and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders while aligning solutions to business objectives.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate technical strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to expand product adoption by mapping customer goals to Kevel’s capabilities.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and reusable implementation frameworks.
