Requirements
- 8+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $1M+.
- Exemplary presentation and communication skills.
- Advanced selling capability with a focus on strategy and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in Google Suite products.
- Ability to travel within the United States and/or Canada up to 50% of the time.
- Prior construction industry experience is a plus.
- SaaS sales experience within the construction industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new sales targets.
- Prospect and develop new leads in the Enterprise space.
- Perform end-to-end management of the buying process.
- Collaborate with Product Sales Executives and Sales Engineers.
- Cross-sell ERP products to existing customers.
- Research, develop, and maintain long and short-range sales plans.
- Communicate with prospective customers via outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Keep up-to-date with product information and industry updates.
- Close sales and achieve assigned quotas.
