Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $1M+.
  • Exemplary presentation and communication skills.
  • Advanced selling capability with a focus on strategy and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products.
  • Ability to travel within the United States and/or Canada up to 50% of the time.
  • Prior construction industry experience is a plus.
  • SaaS sales experience within the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new sales targets.
  • Prospect and develop new leads in the Enterprise space.
  • Perform end-to-end management of the buying process.
  • Collaborate with Product Sales Executives and Sales Engineers.
  • Cross-sell ERP products to existing customers.
  • Research, develop, and maintain long and short-range sales plans.
  • Communicate with prospective customers via outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information and industry updates.
  • Close sales and achieve assigned quotas.
