Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in credit risk analytics
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel
- Understanding of statistical modeling and performance evaluation
- Experience working with large datasets and decisioning systems
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and BI tools
- Strong knowledge of credit underwriting processes and segmentation strategies
Responsibilities
- Build and continuously improve credit decisioning frameworks
- Evaluate and refine model performance using business KPIs
- Partner with Underwriting, Finance, Product, and Data teams
- Drive approval strategy, segmentation, and portfolio optimization
- Identify and integrate high-value data sources
