Requirements

  • Direct experience building a GTM strategy and customer journey from the ground up.
  • Proven track record in managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical foundation, including understanding of APIs and LLM architecture.
  • Experience managing the full sales lifecycle, including big-ticket deal negotiation.
  • Ability to think systemically and identify business process gaps.
  • Exceptional ability to lead through influence and manage performance.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the end-to-end API customer journey and GTM strategy.
  • Drive 3x revenue growth for the Data Products division by 2027.
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of API Sales, CSMs, and marketers.
  • Own revenue targets, including deal management, pricing, and expansion motions.
  • Collaborate with data teams to develop and support custom client solutions.
  • Scale inbound efforts and maintain high net revenue retention (120%+).
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to create repeatable sales processes.
