Requirements
- Direct experience building a GTM strategy and customer journey from the ground up.
- Proven track record in managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong technical foundation, including understanding of APIs and LLM architecture.
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle, including big-ticket deal negotiation.
- Ability to think systemically and identify business process gaps.
- Exceptional ability to lead through influence and manage performance.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the end-to-end API customer journey and GTM strategy.
- Drive 3x revenue growth for the Data Products division by 2027.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of API Sales, CSMs, and marketers.
- Own revenue targets, including deal management, pricing, and expansion motions.
- Collaborate with data teams to develop and support custom client solutions.
- Scale inbound efforts and maintain high net revenue retention (120%+).
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to create repeatable sales processes.
