Requirements
- Hands-on experience shipping agentic or LLM-powered products in production.
- Understanding of reliability, latency, and auditability in AI systems.
- Background in marketing or creative tech.
- Knowledge of enterprise marketer needs including brand safety and campaign workflows.
- Proven experience in designing AI systems that build user trust.
- Technical familiarity with orchestration, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and LLM tool-calling.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with prototyping and instrumentation.
Responsibilities
- Define Scribble's product roadmap, including capabilities, improvement loops, and trust models.
- Own contextual discovery across all Pencil surfaces like chat, workflows, canvas, and feeds.
- Define orchestration requirements and enterprise-grade auditability.
- Evaluate technology options and frameworks with engineering teams.
- Write clear customer problem definitions before technical builds.
- Partner with engineering to make trade-offs and communicate product context.
- Instrument metrics for reliability and feedback loops.
- Build working prototypes alongside design and engineering teams.
