Requirements
- 15+ years of product management experience in SaaS, developer platforms, or AI
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts (LLMs, agents, orchestration, automation)
- Deep knowledge of AI evaluation techniques (golden datasets, LLM-as-a-judge, trace analysis)
- Technical foundation in cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and serverless systems
- Proven ability to build scalable platform products with developer-first design
- Experience with identity, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security models
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience defining KPIs and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills (PRDs, specs)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, definition, and delivery of Agentic AI platform capabilities
- Define core platform components such as AI agents, tools, orchestration layers, APIs, and evaluation frameworks
- Partner with engineering, data, security, and product teams to design scalable AI-native architectures
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across business functions
- Build reusable platform capabilities, standards, and patterns
- Establish AI quality frameworks including evaluation datasets and testing strategies
- Ensure strong identity, security, and compliance controls
- Improve developer experience through documentation and adoption initiatives
- Define and track KPIs related to AI performance and operational efficiency
