Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Industry certifications.
- Deep knowledge of the telecom industry and network engineering.
- Ability to code workflows in TypeScript/JavaScript.
- 5+ years experience as a Network Engineer, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer or similar.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to travel frequently in the US.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand customers’ existing network environments.
- Document network topologies, business process flows, and integration points.
- Help customers and internal stakeholders understand design trade-offs.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Executives for prospect qualification.
- Translate customer network requirements into tailored solutions.
- Build and implement workflows leveraging gaiia’s workflow builder.
- Provide architecture oversight and clarification during onboarding and implementation.
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams.
- Influence product roadmap based on real-world network needs.
- Drive requirements to software engineers for network provisioning automations.
