Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years experience as a Software Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong software development fundamentals.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with automation/orchestration systems (e.g., workflow engines, DAGs).
- Experience in telecom or OSS/BSS domains.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Translate solution designs into end-to-end workflows.
- Implement orchestration logic including conditions, retries, and fallbacks.
- Build reusable workflow patterns and templates.
- Write TypeScript code for data transforms and validations.
- Own workflow implementation, rollout, and support.
- Troubleshoot production workflows using logs and metrics.
- Coach customers on workflow best practices.
- Influence the platform roadmap.
