Requirements

  • 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector.
  • Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives (CIO/CDO).
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI-based solutioning.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills tailored for diverse corporate environments.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic deals and a willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from initial discovery to closing.
  • Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align Quantum Metric’s platform with high-level business outcomes.
  • Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value.
  • Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering to ensure smooth post-sales onboarding.
  • Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
