Requirements
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales role.
- Experience in developer tools, API-first, or infrastructure SaaS.
- Strong technical foundation in REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience running complex evaluations and POCs.
- Fluent in English (French is a significant plus).
- Track record of collaborating with AEs and founders.
- Ability to manage multiple active deals and implementations simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Run technical discovery calls to understand prospects' pricing models and billing infrastructure.
- Own product demos by building bespoke environments tailored to prospect use cases.
- Manage technical evaluations and cloud trials end-to-end.
- Write deal debriefs and surface product gaps with creative API-level workarounds.
- Partner with AEs on commercial strategy and deal sequencing.
- Lead onboarding for new customers including API integration, event schema, and plan configuration.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact through implementation to go-live.
- Feed recurring implementation pain points back to Product and Engineering.
