Requirements
- Relevant experience in customer support and data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer management skills with attention to detail and customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a highly dynamic atmosphere, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work within challenging time frames.
- Excellent phone presence, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- In-depth knowledge of PC and web applications with experience in MS Office applications.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Familiarity and comfort using AI tools in day to day work (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up supplier contracts & supplier pricing terms.
- Handle incoming calls from customers, initiate and answer calls explaining our services.
- Provide updates to internal database systems.
- Initiate communications with internal teams and customer base.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure contract maintenance.
