Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer support and data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer management skills with attention to detail and customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a highly dynamic atmosphere, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work within challenging time frames.
  • Excellent phone presence, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of PC and web applications with experience in MS Office applications.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Familiarity and comfort using AI tools in day to day work (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up supplier contracts & supplier pricing terms.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers, initiate and answer calls explaining our services.
  • Provide updates to internal database systems.
  • Initiate communications with internal teams and customer base.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure contract maintenance.
