Requirements
- Proven technical leadership in a team or major workstream.
- Strong fullstack engineering experience.
- Production experience in at least two of: C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products (prompting, RAG, agents, evals).
- Proficiency with AI dev tools.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, containers, observability).
- Self-directed and comfortable thriving in ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own technical vision and execution for a portfolio of PoCs.
- Lead a small engineering team and set direction.
- Run lightweight research and form hypotheses.
- Translate ideas into concrete plans with clear milestones.
- Build fullstack backend services, frontends, and data pipelines.
- Embed LLMs, agents, and RAG into products.
- Make build-vs-buy and PoC quality trade-off decisions.
- Partner with product, design, and leadership teams.
