Requirements
- Deep production-grade Kubernetes expertise (CRDs, controllers, admission, API versioning, RBAC)
- Experience with reconciler architecture and failure recovery patterns
- Strong Go fluency
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Experience reviewing Kubernetes-native APIs for safety and compatibility
- Production-hardening mindset gained in enterprise environments
- Fluent English
- EU residency and permission to work in the EU
Responsibilities
- Shape the architecture, roadmap, and engineering standards for a Kubernetes-native AI platform
- Review and improve CRDs, controllers, API versioning, and status semantics
- Guide reconciler design, async execution, finalizers, and state transitions
- Contribute directly in Go and Kubernetes code
- Maintain system coherence across runtime, storage, auth, and deployment models
- Enforce high review standards for tests and backward compatibility
- Anticipate enterprise requirements including identity, network policy, HA, and observability
- Improve open-source usability, documentation, and community engagement
