Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, N8N, AWS QuickSight, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI systems, autonomous decision-making, and multi-agent architectures.
- Understanding of agentic integration patterns such as MCP and A2A.
- Knowledge of agent loops, tool usage, security, and sub-agent orchestration.
- Understanding of LLM safety, observability, and evaluation practices.
- Proficiency in building APIs and designing large-scale systems.
- Experience with data processing, ETL pipelines, and structured/unstructured data.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data visualization tools.
- Ability to design creative solutions for complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop an agentic AI platform.
- Implement agentic workflows for Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Support, and Operations.
- Mentor junior agentic AI developers.
- Integrate AI tools and platforms including Claude, AWS, OpenAI, n8n, and LangChain.
- Develop and deploy end-to-end automation including data ingestion, decision-making, and execution.
- Fine-tune and customize AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize system performance for scalability and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide stakeholder reports.
