  • Ability to work autonomously in a self-managed environment.
  • Demonstrated logical and structured problem-solving approach.
  • Experience with campaign automation, segmentation, and optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage retention channels including email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty programs.
  • Build email forecasts and growth maps for clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure on-brand delivery.
  • Provide daily performance updates and weekly communication via Slack to clients.
  • Manage internal project timelines and ensure client alignment on strategy.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimizations to improve campaign performance.
  • Contribute learnings and ideas back into company systems and content.
