Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retention marketing.
- Fluent in English with strong persuasive communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with Google Sheets.
- Ability to work autonomously in a self-managed environment.
- Demonstrated logical and structured problem-solving approach.
- Experience with campaign automation, segmentation, and optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage retention channels including email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty programs.
- Build email forecasts and growth maps for clients.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure on-brand delivery.
- Provide daily performance updates and weekly communication via Slack to clients.
- Manage internal project timelines and ensure client alignment on strategy.
- Implement A/B testing and optimizations to improve campaign performance.
- Contribute learnings and ideas back into company systems and content.
