Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, or retirement solutions.
- Strong expertise in pension-related markets, including Defined Benefit (DB), LDI, OCIO, and custody solutions.
- Deep understanding of modern marketing strategy, content development, and audience segmentation.
- Proven ability to develop compelling narratives and simplify complex technical or financial information.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external creative agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with strong executive presence.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain differentiated messaging frameworks and content strategies to drive engagement and demand across pension and institutional solutions markets.
- Translate business and segment objectives into clear marketing strategies, positioning, and content execution plans.
- Conduct and apply market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend insights to inform strategic marketing direction.
- Partner with segment marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and messaging strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using insights to refine content and improve future outcomes.
- Lead storytelling initiatives that simplify complex financial and pension concepts for target institutional audiences.
- Provide informal leadership and mentorship to marketing peers, supporting consistency and quality across deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop high-quality, impactful marketing materials.
- Ensure marketing content aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards for financial services.
