Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)
  • Experience with compensation tools (e.g., Pave)
  • Ability to interpret compensation data, generate insights, and influence decision-making
  • Familiarity with compensation regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert compensation consulting and analysis for client groups
  • Support job evaluations, market pricing, and leveling of roles using compensation surveys
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on compensation offers and hiring decisions
  • Conduct ad hoc and cyclical compensation analysis
  • Partner with People Analytics to create compensation dashboards and insights
  • Ensure compensation practices comply with legal requirements and internal policies
  • Support the development and rollout of compensation structures, salary bands, and pay transparency initiatives
  • Collaborate on compensation communication materials and training for managers and HR
