Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Experience with compensation tools (e.g., Pave)
- Ability to interpret compensation data, generate insights, and influence decision-making
- Familiarity with compensation regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide expert compensation consulting and analysis for client groups
- Support job evaluations, market pricing, and leveling of roles using compensation surveys
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on compensation offers and hiring decisions
- Conduct ad hoc and cyclical compensation analysis
- Partner with People Analytics to create compensation dashboards and insights
- Ensure compensation practices comply with legal requirements and internal policies
- Support the development and rollout of compensation structures, salary bands, and pay transparency initiatives
- Collaborate on compensation communication materials and training for managers and HR
