Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content marketing, or influencer marketing
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and Facebook
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and consumer behavior
- Ability to identify trends and engagement opportunities
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Comfortable using time-trackers like Time Doctor
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize user-generated content received from creators and influencers
- Review, tag, and route high-performing content to the creative team
- Support influencer outreach efforts through follow-ups, communications, and pipeline tracking
- Maintain accurate records of creator and influencer partnerships
- Monitor conversations across social media platforms and online communities to identify trends
- Gather customer feedback for marketing campaigns
- Assist with SEO initiatives including content briefs and keyword tracking
- Perform quality assurance checks on email campaigns
- Collaborate with paid media, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams
