Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture)
- Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines
- Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems (CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud providers, observability, incident management)
- Comfortable working with JSON and YAML
- Experience with Python, SQL, and scripting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex Onboarding & Implementation packages
- Serve as the main technical point of contact during implementation to troubleshoot issues and investigate bugs
- Act as a trusted, consultative advisor for design and implementation decisions
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations across the engineering toolchain
- Advise on and implement data modeling strategies within Cortex
- Create customer-facing learning guides, walkthroughs, and best-practice documentation
- Plan and facilitate enablement workshops for various stakeholders
