Requirements

- 5+ years in data science or equivalent senior/staff-level positions
- Strong expertise in statistical methods
- Experience with causal inference applied to real-world product decisions
- Ability to lead complex, open-ended data problems
- Experience working with large datasets
- Proficiency with Python, R, or similar languages
- Demonstrated ability to design experiments in fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executives
- Experience mentoring data scientists
Responsibilities
- Own complex, high-impact analytical and product problem spaces end-to-end
- Partner with product, engineering, design, and leadership stakeholders
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and randomized experiments
- Investigate data to identify root causes and uncover user behavior insights
- Develop scalable analytical frameworks and methodologies
- Mentor other data scientists and raise the bar for technical rigor
