Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering, or Platform Engineering
- Proven experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines in production-scale cloud environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Helm in production systems
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and configuration management
- Experience with GitOps and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD)
- Experience integrating security tooling into delivery pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, containers, and distributed systems
- Excellent communication skills for remote, cross-functional environments
- Strong ownership mindset
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a standardized deployment golden path from code merge to production
- Build and scale CI/CD pipelines with a focus on deterministic builds and developer productivity
- Implement and operate automated security controls within release pipelines
- Manage and optimize deployment strategies such as canary releases and blue/green deployments
- Own Kubernetes-based deployment infrastructure including Helm charts
- Partner with engineering teams to remove delivery bottlenecks
- Improve platform resilience and reduce operational toil through automation and observability
